Robbed!
Same story as most here...7ish years ago was highly swindled by this company. 5000 in payments for vacations unused, all bad options, plus 350 every year since then in annual “service fees”.
Won’t let me cancel!! How has anyone seen resolvements/reimbursements/cancelled from this company?

My Best investment
I have been a member of TAN for over thirteen years. It has been a remarkable experience for me, my family and also my friends.
Dealing with the client services members begins with friendly, knowleagable staff. Booking great places in great locations is easy with them making sure you are getting your vacation plans off to a good start. If a location/unit does not live up to Tan's very high standards, it is quickly replaced. Should you have any issues while on vacation, they are quickly taken care of.
I have never heard of any other organization that is more client oriented. I have been on a vacation and received calls from representatives (especially Cheryll R.) to let me know a location or unit that I like has become available. That is customer service! My only regret since joining TAN is that I do not have the time to take more trips.
TAN has enabled me to take two biking groups on weeklong biking adventures .
Other than my investments in my kids, TAN has been my best investment. Thank you TAN!

Disgusting ...run far away!!
My family and i just returned from myrtle beach resort. This was our first experience with a TAN vacation and will most certainly be our last.
Roaches in our room....disgusting amd appauling!
Needless to say we left immediately and ended up spending double on this vacation in order to get a room somewhere else. I cant believe this company can get away with this.

Since we signed up for TAN we have experienced several vacations as well as one of our sons. Some of the amazing places they used to have, they no longer have.
There is barely any excess inventory any longer either. They used to have tons of excess inventory. I believe they now have way too many customers to accommodate and only some of them that are more flexible with their time are able to benefit from the program. We are self employed and our days off are limited.
We can never find anything available on the program. I don't know if we could get our money back or sell our membership somehow. It has been such a huge waste of our money and resources. Right now I have a paid in advance Excess Inventory week that needs to be used before November and I'm going to lose it because I have no where to use it that's close enough for the short vacations that we are able to take.
I feel the whole thing has been a major RIP OFF!
Not a happy customer. Thousands down the drain!

We booked a vacation at the time of sign up with Travel Advantage. We went to Ohio.
We stayed in a cozy condo right on Lake Erie. We booked on a off season, which was our fault entirely.
But still had a ball. Excited to plan next years vacation.

I booked a guaranteed vacation in wildwood nj back in August of 2017 for July of 2018. I received a confirmation email stating they booked us in Ocean City NJ instead.
Flash forward to February...After many emails and phone calls they said I had a confirmation for three bedrooms in wildwood but it was actually three separate hotel rooms without a kitchen and no common area. I have twin 3 year-old boys and a 5 year-old. This is not an option. today I received an email confirmation stating they could book us in wildwood but the accommodations are no where near the place advertised.
It looks like a rundown crack house and I refuse to put my family's safety at risk. Every time we try to get this resolved and fixed it gets worst.
I will attach pictures to compare. I want out of my contact and a refund.

Purchased almost 2 months ago it sound really good at the hour presentation. However the 1st vacation that was on them and we were suppose to pay for just flights.
Turned into to me and my husband spending thousands on a all inclusive 7day Vacation, that did not include all drinks along with most restaurants being booked, and stayed at the worst hotel at the resort. So they could try to sell us into a better suite. Beware your TAN arm band is a direct target, they will try their best to get you to upgrade to a better time share. Reached out to Tan on day 3 only to get nothing resolved.
Emailed them once we returned and still no response .
I feel like we made a really bad decision Waste of. Money I WANT OUT
- Not what it appears to be

Travel Advantage Network's reply to: Terrible. Don’t do it!
Terrible. Don’t do it!
Just don’t do it. No properties available.
Said I’d pay $500 for a week even with the vouchers, it’s more than 950 plus fees.
Also $100 a year to keep them active. How can I sue?!

Signed up literally two months ago and wish I would have checked out the online reviews first. I finally planned a vacation only to discover that there is no availability near the area.
The rep actually mentioned 3 locations all within 2 - 21/2 hours of where I want to be. Told I would have to book at least 1 yr to 13 months in advance...REALLY?????????? I would love to break this contract. So disgusted in such a short period of time.
Not everyone has the ability to foresee their free time a year + away.
I tell you ppl don't do it.
BTW, some of the properties they have are not nice looking at all. But, do not except to see photos of such places while sitting through their introduction.

we got roped into this plan by someone calling us to tell us we won a 4 day cruise but we had to go to their office to pick it up. when we got there, we had to sit thru a 1 hour presentation and heard about quality rooms, unlimited availability and only a $99.00 booking fee.
we bought it thinking it would force us to take vacations and not put them off. since 2014, we have used ONE vacation. i have attempted to book 300 days out, 6 months, 3 months and never any availability. i just filed a complaint with the BBB and advised trav.
adv. that we want a full refund and out of contract or we will be contacting a lawyer.....that seems to be the only thing that gets them to call.
next day, we rec'd a call, but of course the woman we need to speak with is only works until 3:30 so since we work, we can't call her. This is a scam and they should be forced to return all of the money they have stolen from people

I want out of this contract. They do not have as many properties as they make out to have and you have to book a year in advance for some places. This is unexcepable and I want my money back!!!
